How much does this cost?
$1 per document AI reads, whether AI Create or AI Update. You set a monthly limit and only pay for what your team actually uses — never a cent past the limit unless you raise it.
You start with $5 in credit — about 1–2 transactions on us, since a typical transaction uses 2–4 documents.
Who on my team can use it?
Users with Create Transactions permission can run AI Create. Anyone with access to a transaction can run AI Update.
What if my team uses too much?
You set the monthly limit. AI Create and AI Update pause the moment you hit it. Your account can't go past. Raise or lower the limit any time.
Can I pause it later?
Yes, any time. Drop your monthly limit to $0 and Pipeline AI is paused for your team. Raise the limit later to pick back up. Your transactions, documents, and history aren't affected.
What if AI gets something wrong?
Every value AI fills shows where it came from. You review before saving. AI doesn't apply anything on its own.
